Admiral<\/a> and Steer Automotive Group<\/a> have unveiled a cobranded repair centre in Glasgow.<\/p>\n

The new site, which will support customers across central Scotland, brings together Admiral\u2019s customer-first approach with Steer\u2019s high-quality repair\u00a0expertise.<\/p>\n

Admiral<\/a> is one of the UK\u2019s leading EV insurers and this site will enhance support for its EV customers and drive further innovation in repair techniques. Steer<\/a> will brings industry-leading\u00a0expertise\u00a0to this strategic site and deliver dedicated capacity to better support customers and understand repair trends\u00a0in a key region.<\/p>\n

The announcement also reflects a shared commitment to sustainability and workforce development. Steer\u2019s apprenticeship programme includes around 300 apprentices, over 10% female representation, and a retention rate of more than 90%, aligning with Admiral\u2019s focus on inclusion and long-term talent growth.<\/p>\n

Apprentices<\/h2>\n

Underpinning this, the new site will host apprentice panel and paint technicians, with teams receiving advanced EV, sustainable\u2011repair, and customer\u2011experience training.<\/p>\n
